The Theeb Headquarter project, developed for Theeb Rental Car Company, is situated on Riyadh’s Eastern Ring Road, encompassing an expansive sqm. The scope of the project involved redesigning and visualizing a complete revamp of the headquarters to significantly enhance functionality and aesthetics. The primary goal was to nearly double the existing space utilization while creating a modern, visually appealing environment that embodies Theeb’s innovative brand identity. The design features open-plan workspaces, private offices enclosed in glass, and a striking reception area, fostering a balanced atmosphere of collaboration and professionalism. This transformative revamp not only optimizes space efficiency but also elevates the overall experience for both employees and visitors.
