The Sunnah Al-Tamayuz Offices project, commissioned by Dallah Group, is situated in North Yard, Malqa, Riyadh, spanning an area of 460 square meters. The scope encompassed architecture, interior design, fit-out, and project management, with a primary focus on delivering a futuristic design theme that embodies innovation and sophistication. The interior features a striking combination of deep blues, crisp whites, and textured wood accents, creating a contemporary and professional ambiance. The space is adorned with custom lighting designs, including linear LED strips embedded in the flooring and ceilings, enhancing the modern aesthetic. Materials such as high-quality carpets with geometric patterns, polished tiles, and wood panels with natural finishes were used to add texture and warmth to the space. Glass partitions and sleek, ergonomic furniture further elevate the design, ensuring an open, collaborative, and efficient workspace. Despite the tight timeline and the integration of many imported elements, the team meticulously coordinated design and fit-out processes to deliver an impressive, cutting-edge office environment.

The Autozone Showroom project was meticulously designed and executed to align with the demanding standards of the automotive industry while optimizing space utilization and reflecting the brand's corporate identity (CI). Located on the bustling Madinah Road in Jeddah, this expansive 1,000 sqm interior design, fit-out, and project management endeavor highlights modern aesthetics, efficiency, and brand integration. The showroom's interior features clean, bright tiles that enhance the perception of spaciousness and allow the displayed vehicles to stand out. The integration of bold yellow accent walls emphasizes the brand identity, creating a dynamic and recognizable environment. The lounge area, complete with sleek grey seating and contemporary finishes, provides a comfortable space for customer engagement. The overall design seamlessly combines functionality with aesthetics, ensuring the space not only showcases vehicles effectively but also elevates the customer experience. Ample glass frontage enhances natural light and visibility, projecting a welcoming and transparent atmosphere to potential customers from the street. The thoughtful use of materials, colors, and layout reflects Autozone's commitment to quality and innovation.

The Yumnak Showroom, a flagship initiative by Saed Group, is strategically located on Prince Sultan Road in Jeddah, covering 200 sqm. The project scope covered design, fit-out, furniture, and IT, aiming to deliver a thoughtfully designed space blends contemporary aesthetics with practicality, featuring a warm interplay of wooden textures, sleek furniture, and a striking illuminated logo centerpiece. Developed as the first standardized hub for human resource services, the showroom provides a seamless experience for both customers and employees. By integrating functional workstations, a welcoming waiting area, and soft blue accents paired with natural greenery, the showroom fosters a balanced environment that unites professionalism and comfort, ensuring all service requirements are efficiently met under one roof.
