The APICO3 project, located in MODON, Kharj, Riyadh, showcases an exemplary approach to design and project management under stringent timelines. Commissioned by APICO, this ambitious undertaking involved the development of a 12,000 sqm facility as part of the first phase on a vast 35,000 sqm land. The project aimed to facilitate APICO’s business expansion in Riyadh, necessitating rapid deployment and meticulous planning. One of the pivotal aspects of this project was meeting aggressive timelines while maintaining high standards of quality. Effective risk management strategies were employed, including obtaining and tracking permitting requirements efficiently. The project also focused on value engineering, ensuring that the design matched exact operational needs, thus optimizing resources. From conceptualization to execution, this facility stands as a testament to efficient project management and tailored design solutions, addressing both immediate and long-term business objectives.
