The Jeddah Vibes project, located in Al Andalus District, Jeddah, is a venture commissioned by Hijaz Malls. Encompassing a land area of 16,000 square meters, the project’s scope included both design management and comprehensive project management and supervision. The primary objective was to manage the intricate design and execution processes while navigating several challenges. Key tasks involved obtaining permits without compromising the leasable area, strategically avoiding dewatering to significantly save costs and time, and ensuring continuous and aggressive tracking. Close collaboration with all parties and vendors was maintained to keep every aspect of the project aligned and on schedule, reflecting a harmonious blend of functionality and aesthetics. The project also introduced innovative design elements that enhanced its appeal, such as the visually stunning illuminated canopy and modern finishes that create an inviting atmosphere. These elements not only set the tone for a luxurious retail experience but also position Jeddah Vibes as a landmark destination in the city.
