The APICO Offices project, located in the Sanaiyah area of Jeddah, showcases a thoughtful design approach tailored for a factory office setting. Encompassing 500 square meters, the project included architectural and interior design, fit-out, and project management. The main goal was to create a workspace that aligns with the client’s vision while significantly enhancing the staff's experience. The design seamlessly integrates practical and aesthetic elements. The welcoming entrance features sleek glass facades and a structured metal frame, emphasizing transparency and openness. The interior layout boasts a clean, modern look, with the tones of beige and wood paired with minimalist black metal railings on staircases. This cohesive design not only meets functional requirements but also elevates the overall ambiance, creating an environment conducive to productivity and innovation. The combination of ample natural light and strategically placed artificial lighting enhances visibility while maintaining energy efficiency.
