The BGC Headoffice project, developed for Balubaid Group, is situated in the Sulaimaniya District of Jeddah, covering an area of 2,500 sqm. The project scope encompassed design, fit-out, project management, and IT integration to transform the previously prestigious office into a modern and vibrant workspace. The primary goals were to maximize natural light, enhance staff productivity, and integrate greenery alongside colorful accents throughout the space. The redesigned headquarters features open collaborative areas, contemporary finishes, and an inviting atmosphere that seamlessly blends functionality with a rejuvenated aesthetic. This transformation creates a dynamic and inspiring environment tailored for innovation and efficiency.
